Jesus wants you to invite as many people as possible to meet Him (Mark 2)

What do you like to do when you get together with your friends?
What is the most fun you've ever had a party?
Read Mark 2:13-17 (Levi was probably another name for the disciple we commonly call "Matthew". In this study, he'll be referred to as Matthew)
What is your favorite verse in this passage? Why?
After your first read-through, what is one important lesson everyone can learn from this passage? (there is not one "right" answer, so different people will have different thoughts on this)
Matthew was a tax collector which means he was likely one of the most hated people in his village. Who do you think are some of the most hated people in our world/country/city today?
Do you think Jesus ask those people to follow him? Why or why not?
Read verse 15. Why do you think Matthew invited all the people listed here to his house?
What types of people would you be afraid to offer an invitation to your house? Why?
Make a list of people you know who you could easily invite to your house? If Jesus was going to be at your house for a dinner party, who would you invite?
Since you cannot invite Jesus to physically appear at your house, how might you use a dinner party to invite people to meet Jesus? What else might you do (other than a dinner party) to invite people you know to meet Jesus?
Are there any people who don't deserve to meet Jesus?
How would your life be different if your number one priority every day was introducing people to Jesus? What would you start doing? What would you stop doing? What would you do differently?
What are you going to do this week as a result of this Bible study?
