1. Whether you are a group member or leader, commit to sending an encouraging email or note to at least one other group member each week.
2. Have an “encouragement” time-out. For five minutes no one is allowed to say anything other than sincere encouraging words to others.
3. Affirm others when you see them using their gifts to serve God and people.
